Hadith 806:2
Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il ibn Abi Khalid, who said: I heard Isma’il al-Basri narrating from the daughter of Ma’qil ibn Yasar, from her father Ma’qil, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "There is no one who governs a community, whether few or many, and does not act justly among them, but that Allah will cast him upon his face into the Fire."
حدثنا وكيع، عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد، قال: سمعت إسماعيل البصري، يحدث عن ابنة معقل بن يسار، عن أبيها معقل، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " ليس من والي أمة، قلت أو كثرت، لا يعدل فيها، إلا كبه الله على وجهه في النار "
