Hadith 806:4
Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj narrated to us, Shu‘bah informed us, he said: I heard ‘Iyad Abu Khalid, he said: I saw two men disputing in the presence of Ma‘qil ibn Yasar. Ma‘qil ibn Yasar said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever swears an oath to seize the wealth of a man by it, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدثنا شعبة، وحجاج، أخبرنا شعبة، قال: سمعت عياضا أبا خالد، قال: رأيت رجلين يختصمان عند معقل بن يسار، فقال معقل بن يسار: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من حلف على يمين ليقتطع بها مال رجل، لقي الله وهو عليه غضبان "
