Hadith 806:7
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Shu'bah, 'Iyad Abu Khalid narrated to me, he said: There was a dispute between two neighbors of Ma'qil ibn Yasar, and an oath became incumbent upon one of them. I heard Ma'qil ibn Yasar saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath by which he seizes the property of his brother, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد، عن شعبة، حدثني عياض أبو خالد قال: كان بين جارين لمعقل بن يسار كلام، فصارت اليمين على أحدهما، فسمعت معقل بن يسار، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من حلف على يمين يقتطع بها مال أخيه، لقي الله وهو عليه غضبان "،
