Musnad Ahmad 1163:26

'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, he said: Mu'awiyah ibn Salih narrated to us, from Azhar ibn Sa'id, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Sa'ib, the nephew of Maymunah al-Hilaliyyah, that he narrated to him that Maymunah said to him: "O my nephew, shall I perform *ruqyah* (incantation) upon you with the *ruqyah* of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?" I said: "Yes." She said: "In the name of Allah, I perform *ruqyah* upon you, and Allah will heal you from every ailment within you. Remove the harm, O Lord of the people, and heal, for You are the Healer; there is no healer but You."
