Musnad Ahmad 1163:4

Abu Mu’awiyah narrated to us, he said: Al-A’mash narrated to us, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja’d, from Kurayb, from Ibn Abbas, from Maymunah bint al-Harith, she said: "When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would perform ghusl (ritual bath) from janabah (major ritual impurity), he would begin by washing his hands. Then he would pour with his right hand onto his left, and wash his private part. Then he would strike his hand upon the ground and wipe it, then wash it. Then he would perform his wudu (ablution) for prayer. Then he would pour [water] over his head and the rest of his body. Then he would move aside and wash his feet." Waki’ narrated to us, from Al-A’mash—Abdullah said: And Abu al-Rabi’ narrated to me, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Al-A’mash, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja’d, from Kurayb, from Ibn Abbas, from Maymunah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the like of it.
