Musnad Ahmad 132:17

Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Zabban narrated to us, from Sahl ibn Mu'adh, from his father, from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he used to say when he sought refuge: "All praise is due to Allah, who has not taken a son and has had no partner in [His] dominion," [Al-Isra: 111] until the end of the Surah.
