Musnad Ahmad 132:27

Yahya ibn Ghaylan narrated to us, Rashdin narrated to us, from Zaban, from Sahl, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the people are safe."
