Musnad Ahmad 132:28

Yahya narrated to us, he said: Rishdin narrated to us, from Zaban, from Sahl, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "Indeed, Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, has servants whom Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, nor will He look at them." It was said to him: "Who are those, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "One who disowns his parents and turns away from them, one who disowns his child, and a man upon whom a people bestowed a favor, but he denied their favor and disowned them."
