Musnad Ahmad 132:9

Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Zabban, from Sahl ibn Mu'adh, from his father, from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Whoever gives for the sake of Allah the Exalted, and withholds for the sake of Allah the Exalted, and loves for the sake of Allah the Exalted, and hates for the sake of Allah the Exalted, and marries for the sake of Allah the Exalted, then he has perfected his faith."
