Hadith 961:1
In the year two hundred and twenty-eight: Waki' narrated to us, al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abu Dhabyan, from Mu'adh ibn Jabal: That when he returned from Yemen, he said: "O Messenger of Allah, I saw men in Yemen prostrating to one another, so should we not prostrate to you?" He said: "If I were to command a human to prostrate to a human, I would have commanded the woman to prostrate to her husband."
في سنة ثمان وعشرين ومائتين حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا الأعمش، عن أبي ظبيان، عن معاذ بن جبل: أنه لما رجع من اليمن، قال: يا رسول الله، رأيت رجالا باليمن يسجد بعضهم لبعض ، أفلا نسجد لك؟ قال: " لو كنت آمرا بشرا يسجد لبشر، لأمرت المرأة أن تسجد لزوجها "
