Hadith 961:101
Surayj ibn al-Nu‘man narrated to us, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz—meaning al-Darawardi—narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from ‘Ata’ ibn Yasar, from Mu‘adh ibn Jabal, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever performs the five prayers, performs the pilgrimage to the House, and fasts Ramadan—and I do not know if he mentioned Zakat or not—it is a right upon Allah to forgive him, whether he migrated in His path or remained in the land in which he was born." Mu‘adh said: "O Messenger of Allah, shall I inform the people?" He said: "Leave the people, O Mu‘adh. In Paradise, there are one hundred degrees; between every two degrees is a distance of one hundred years. Al-Firdaws is the highest part of Paradise and its center, and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise. So when you ask Allah, ask Him for al-Firdaws."
حدثنا سريج بن النعمان، حدثنا عبد العزيز يعني الدراوردي، عن زيد بن أسلم، عن عطاء بن يسار، عن معاذ بن جبل قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من صلى الصلوات الخمس وحج البيت، وصام رمضان، ولا أدري أذكر الزكاة أم لا؟، كان حقا على الله أن يغفر له إن هاجر في سبيله، أو مكث بأرضه التي ولد بها ". فقال معاذ يا رسول الله، أفأخبر الناس؟ قال: " ذر الناس يا معاذ، في الجنة مائة درجة ما بين كل درجتين مائة سنة، والفردوس أعلى الجنة، وأوسطها ومنها تفجر أنهار الجنة، فإذا سألتم الله فاسألوه الفردوس "
