Hadith 961:131
Yunus narrated to us, Baqiyyah narrated to us, from al-Sari ibn Yan'um, from Murayh ibn Masruq, from Mu'adh ibn Jabal, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said, when he sent him to Yemen: "Beware of luxury, for the servants of Allah are not those who live in luxury."
حدثنا يونس، حدثنا بقية، عن السري بن ينعم، عن مريح بن مسروق، عن معاذ بن جبل، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: لما بعثه إلى اليمن " إياي والتنعم؛ فإن عباد الله ليسوا بالمتنعمين "
