Hadith 961:29
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Sulayman ibn Musa said: Malik ibn Yakhmar narrated to us, that Mu'adh ibn Jabal narrated to them that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever among the Muslim men fights in the way of Allah for the duration of the milking of a she-camel, Paradise becomes mandatory for him. And whoever asks Allah for martyrdom from his own self, sincerely, then dies or is killed, he has the reward of a martyr. And whoever is wounded with a wound in the way of Allah, or suffers a misfortune, it will come on the Day of Resurrection as bright as it ever was; its color is like saffron and its scent is like musk. And whoever is wounded with a wound in the way of Allah, upon him is the seal of the martyrs." My father said: Hajjaj and Rawh said: "As most precious (a'azz)." And 'Abd al-Razzaq said: "As brightest (a'ghar)." And this is the correct one, if Allah wills.
