Hadith 961:33
'Abd al-Razzaq and Ibn Bakr narrated to us, they said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: 'Amr ibn Dinar informed me that Tawus informed him that Mu'adh ibn Jabal said: "I will not take anything from the *awqas* (the fractional amounts between the obligatory thresholds) of cattle until I come to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, for the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did not command me regarding them with anything." Ibn Bakr said: "I will not take anything from the *awqas*."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، وابن بكر قالا: أخبرنا ابن جريج، قال: أخبرني عمرو بن دينار، أن طاوسا، أخبره أن معاذ بن جبل قال: لست آخذ في أوقاص البقر شيئا حتى آتي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " فإن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يأمرني فيها بشيء " قال ابن بكر: لست بآخذ في الأوقاص
