Hadith 961:43
Rawh narrated to us, Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Zayd ibn Aslam narrated to us, from ‘Ata’ ibn Yasar, from Mu’adh ibn Jabal, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever meets Allah not associating anything with Him, praying the five [prayers], and fasting Ramadan, will be forgiven." I said: "Shall I not give them the good news, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Leave them to work."
حدثنا روح، حدثنا زهير بن محمد، حدثنا زيد بن أسلم، عن عطاء بن يسار، عن معاذ بن جبل، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من لقي الله لا يشرك به شيئا يصلي الخمس، ويصوم رمضان غفر له " قلت: أفلا أبشرهم يا رسول الله؟ قال: " دعهم يعملوا "
