Hadith 961:5
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from Muhammad ibn Zayd, from Mu’adh, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent me to the Arab villages, and he commanded me to take the share of the land." And ‘Abd al-Razzaq said, meaning: from Sufyan, from Jabir, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, from Muhammad ibn Zayd, meaning in this hadith of Mu’adh.
حدثنا وكيع، عن سفيان، عن جابر، عن محمد بن زيد، عن معاذ، قال: " بعثني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على قرى عربية، فأمرني أن آخذ حظ الأرض " وقال عبد الرزاق، يعني: عن سفيان، عن جابر، عن عبد الرحمن بن الأسود، عن محمد بن زيد، يعني في حديث معاذ هذا
