Musnad Ahmad 435:13

Waki’ narrated to us, Abu al-Mu’tamir narrated to us, from Ibn Sirin, from Mu’awiyah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not ride upon silk (al-khazz) nor upon leopard skins (al-namir)." Ibn Sirin said: "And Mu’awiyah was not suspected regarding the hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: "He is called al-Hayri, meaning Abu al-Mu’tamir, and Yazid ibn Tahman is this Abu al-Mu’tamir."
