Musnad Ahmad 435:20

'Arim narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Al-Mughirah, from Ma'bad al-Qass, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Abd, from Mu'awiyah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever drinks wine, then flog him. If he returns [to it], then flog him. If he returns [to it], then flog him. If he returns [to it] the fourth time, then kill him."
