Musnad Ahmad 435:24

'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Murrah informed me, he said: I heard Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib say: Mu'awiyah delivered a sermon upon the pulpit of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, or the pulpit of Medina. He brought out a bundle of hair and said: "I did not think that anyone would do this except the Jews. Indeed, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, named it 'the deception' (al-zur)."
