حديث معاوية بن أبي سفيان
Hadith 435:32
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, that he heard 'Asim ibn Bahdalah narrating from Abu Salih, from Mu'awiyah, that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "If they drink wine, then flog them. Then if they drink, then flog them. Then if they drink, then flog them. Then if they drink it a fourth time, then kill them."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدثنا شعبة، أنه سمع عاصم ابن بهدلة، يحدث عن أبي صالح، عن معاوية، أن نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا شربوا الخمر فاجلدوهم، ثم إذا شربوا فاجلدوهم، ثم إذا شربوا فاجلدوهم ، ثم إذا شربوها الرابعة، فاقتلوهم "
