Musnad Ahmad 435:61

Hashim narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ma'bad ibn Khalid, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Abd, from Mu'awiyah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, then whip him. If he returns [to it], then whip him. If he returns [to it], then whip him. If he returns [to it], then kill him."
