حديث معاوية بن أبي سفيان
Hadith 435:99
Hashim ibn al-Qasim narrated to us, he said: Shayban narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu Salih, from Mu'awiyah ibn Abi Sufyan, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If he drinks wine, then whip him. If he returns [to it], then whip him. If he returns [to it], then whip him. If he returns [to it], then kill him."
حدثنا هاشم بن القاسم، قال: حدثنا شيبان، عن عاصم، عن أبي صالح، عن معاوية بن أبي سفيان، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا شرب الخمر، فاجلدوه، فإن عاد، فاجلدوه، فإن عاد، فاجلدوه، فإن عاد، فاقتلوه "
