Musnad Ahmad 1242:1

Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Layth narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Abi Habib narrated to me, that Suwayd ibn Qays informed him, from Mu'awiyah ibn Hudayj: That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed one day, then he performed the taslim and departed while one rak'ah of the prayer remained. A man caught up with him and said: "You forgot one rak'ah of the prayer." So he returned and entered the mosque, and he ordered Bilal, so he performed the iqamah for the prayer, and he prayed one rak'ah with the people. I informed the people about that, and they said to me: "Do you recognize the man?" I said: "No, unless I see him." Then he passed by me and I said: "It is this one." They said: "Talhah ibn Ubayd Allah (may Allah be pleased with him)."
