Musnad Ahmad 126:4

'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mu'awiyah ibn Qurrah, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said regarding fasting three days of the month: "It is the fasting of a lifetime and its breaking."
