Musnad Ahmad 75:1

Hashim narrated to us, Abu Balj informed us, from Muhammad ibn Hatib al-Jumahi, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The distinction between the lawful and the unlawful is the duff (hand drum) and the voice in marriage."
