Musnad Ahmad 75:3

Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Abbas and Yunus ibn Muhammad narrated to us, they said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Uthman narrated to us. Ibrahim ibn al-Abbas said in his narration: [He is] the son of Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn Hatib. He said: My father narrated to me, from his grandfather Muhammad ibn Hatib, from his mother, Umm Jamil bint al-Mujallil, who said: I brought you from the land of Abyssinia until, when I was a night—or two nights—away from Medina, I cooked a dish for you. The firewood ran out, so I went out to look for some. I reached for the pot, and it tipped over onto your arm. I brought you to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, O Messenger of Allah, this is Muhammad ibn Hatib." He spat into your mouth, wiped your head, and prayed for you. He began to spit on your hands and say: "Remove the harm, O Lord of the people, and heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves behind no illness." She said: I did not stand up with you from his presence until your hand was healed.
