Musnad Ahmad 589:5

Waki’ narrated to us, from Thawr, from a man from the people of Basra, from Muhammad ibn Maslamah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "If Allah casts into the heart of a man the proposal of a woman, then there is no harm in him looking at her."
