Musnad Ahmad 105:2

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, Muzahim ibn Abi Muzahim narrated to me, from 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah, from Muhrish al-Ka'bi: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out from al-Ji'ranah to perform 'Umrah. He entered Makkah at night, then he went out before the night was over, and he reached al-Ji'ranah in the morning as one who had spent the night there. When the sun passed its zenith, he took the route through the valley of Sarif until he reached the road, the road to Madinah." He said: "That is why his 'Umrah was hidden."
