Musnad Ahmad 1086:3

Ishaq—who is Ibn Isa—narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Haram ibn Muhayyisah: That a she-camel belonging to al-Bara entered a walled garden and caused damage in it. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, decreed: "That the owners of the walled gardens are responsible for guarding them during the day, and that whatever the livestock damage at night, its owners are liable for it."
