Hadith of Mujammi' ibn Ya'qub, from a young boy of the people of Quba who met the Prophet (SAW)
Hadith 279:1
Yunus ibn Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Al-Attaf narrated to us, he said: Mujammi ibn Yaqub narrated to me, from a youth from the people of Quba, that he reached him as an old man, that he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, came to us in Quba and sat in the shade of the thicket, and people gathered around him. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, asked for water to drink, and he was given water. He drank, and I was on his right, and I was speaking to the people. He handed it to me, and I drank. And I remember that he led us in prayer that day, and his sandals were upon him; he did not remove them.
