Hadith 1100:1
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Farwah ibn Nawfal al-Ashja'i, from his father, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, entrusted the daughter of Umm Salamah to me and said, "You are only my foster-father." He said: So he remained for as long as Allah willed, then I came to him, and he said, "What did the girl, or the little girl, do?" I said: She is with her mother. He said, "Then what did you come for?" I said: Teach me what I should say when I go to sleep. He said, "Recite when you go to sleep {Say, 'O disbelievers'}. Then sleep upon its conclusion, for it is an acquittal from polytheism."
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم، حدثنا إسرائيل، عن أبي إسحاق، عن فروة بن نوفل الأشجعي، عن أبيه، قال: دفع إلي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ابنة أم سلمة، وقال: " إنما أنت ظئري " قال: فمكث ما شاء الله، ثم أتيته، فقال: " ما فعلت الجارية، أو الجويرية،؟ " قال: قلت: عند أمها، قال: " فمجيء ما جئت؟ "، قال: قلت: تعلمني ما أقول عند منامي، فقال: " اقرأ عند منامك {قل يا أيها الكافرون} " قال: " ثم نم على خاتمتها، فإنها براءة من الشرك " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
