Musnad Ahmad 986:4

Abu al-Nadr and Abd al-Samad narrated to us, they said: Muhammad ibn Rashid narrated to us, from Makhul, from Kathir ibn Murrah al-Hadrami, from Nu'aym ibn Hammar, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: Your Lord, Mighty and Majestic is He, says: "Perform four [units of] prayer for Me, O son of Adam, at the beginning of the day, and I will suffice you for its end."
