Musnad Ahmad 1091:4

Isma'il narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj—meaning al-Sawwaf—from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from Ibn Jabir ibn 'Atik al-Ansari, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, among jealousy is that which Allah loves, and among it is that which Allah hates. And among pride is that which Allah loves, and among it is that which Allah hates. As for the jealousy that Allah loves, it is jealousy regarding a suspicious matter. As for that which Allah hates, it is jealousy regarding a non-suspicious matter. And as for the pride that Allah loves, it is for the servant to show pride for the sake of Allah during fighting, and to show pride when giving charity."
