Musnad Ahmad 847:2

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Abu Karimah, a man from the people of Basra narrated to me, from Qabisah ibn al-Mukhariq, who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he said to me: "O Qabisah, what brought you?" I said: My age has become great, and my bones have become brittle, so I came to you so that you may teach me that by which Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, will benefit me. He said: "O Qabisah, you have not passed by a stone, nor a tree, nor a clod of earth, except that it has asked for forgiveness for you. O Qabisah, when you pray the dawn prayer, say: 'Subhan Allah al-Azim wa bi-hamdihi' (Glory be to Allah the Great and by His praise), you will be protected from blindness, leprosy, and paralysis. O Qabisah, say: 'Allahumma inni as'aluka mimma 'indaka, wa afid 'alayya min fadlika, wanshur 'alayya rahmataka, wa anzil 'alayya min barakatika' (O Allah, I ask You from what is with You, and pour upon me from Your bounty, and spread upon me Your mercy, and send down upon me from Your blessings)."
