Musnad Ahmad 847:8

Abu Sa’id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, Wahib narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Abu Qilabah, from Qabisah al-Hilali, who said: The sun suffered an eclipse during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and I was with him in Medina on that day. He then mentioned its meaning.
