Hadith 543:1
Zayd ibn Yahya al-Dimashqi narrated to us, he said: Ibn Thawban narrated to us, from his father, from Makhul, from Kathir ibn Murrah, from Qays al-Judhami, a man who had companionship [with the Prophet], he said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The martyr is given six characteristics at the first drop of his blood: every sin of his is expiated, he sees his seat in Paradise, he is married to the wide-eyed houris, he is secured from the Great Terror, and from the punishment of the grave, and he is adorned with the garment of faith."
حدثنا زيد بن يحيى الدمشقي، قال: حدثنا ابن ثوبان، عن أبيه، عن مكحول، عن كثير بن مرة، عن قيس الجذامي، رجل كانت له صحبة، قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " يعطى الشهيد ست خصال عند أول قطرة من دمه: يكفر عنه كل خطيئة، ويرى مقعده من الجنة، ويزوج من الحور العين، ويؤمن من الفزع الأكبر، ومن عذاب القبر، ويحلى حلة الإيمان "
