Musnad Ahmad 520:1

Muhammad ibn Ubayd narrated to us, Ismail—meaning Ibn Abi Khalid—narrated to us, from Qays ibn A’idh, who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, addressing the people while upon a she-camel, and an Abyssinian was holding its nose-rein."
