Hadith 1093:1
Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Sa‘d ibn Sa‘id narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Taymi narrated to me, from Qays ibn ‘Amr, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saw a man praying two rak‘ahs after the morning prayer. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Is the morning prayer [to be performed] twice?" The man said: "I had not prayed the two rak‘ahs before it, so I prayed them now." He said: So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, remained silent.
حدثنا ابن نمير، حدثنا سعد بن سعيد، حدثني محمد بن إبراهيم التيمي، عن قيس بن عمرو، قال: رأى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رجلا يصلي بعد صلاة الصبح ركعتين، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " أصلاة الصبح مرتين؟ " فقال الرجل: إني لم أكن صليت الركعتين اللتين قبلهما، فصليتهما الآن، قال: فسكت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
