Hadith 849:5
Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Agharr al-Minqari, from Khalifah ibn Husayn ibn Qays ibn ‘Asim, from his father, that his grandfather "accepted Islam during the time of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so he ordered him to perform ghusl (a ritual bath) with water and lotus leaves (sidr)."
حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا سفيان، عن الأغر المنقري، عن خليفة بن حصين بن قيس بن عاصم، عن أبيه، أن جده " أسلم على عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فأمره أن يغتسل بماء وسدر "
