Hadith 481:14
Aswad ibn Amir and al-Khuza'i narrated to us, they said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Ata, from Rafi' ibn Khadij, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever plants on the land of a people without their permission, then he has no right to anything of the crop, and his expenditure shall be returned to him"—al-Khuza'i said: "what he spent"—"and he has no right to anything of the crop."
حدثنا أسود بن عامر، والخزاعي، قالا: حدثنا شريك، عن أبي إسحاق، عن عطاء، عن رافع بن خديج، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من زرع في أرض قوم بغير إذنهم، فليس له من الزرع شيء، وترد عليه نفقته - قال الخزاعي: ما أنفقه - وليس له من الزرع شيء "
