Musnad Ahmad 481:16

Yahya ibn Ghaylan narrated to us, Rashdin narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abdullah, from Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazm, from Abdullah ibn Amr, from Rafi ibn Khadij, from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he mentioned Makkah and said: "Indeed, Ibrahim declared Makkah a sanctuary, and I declare a sanctuary what is between its two lava fields."
