Hadith 481:34
Muhammad ibn Mus'ab narrated to us, al-Awza'i narrated to us, from Abu al-Najashi, from Rafi' ibn Khadij, who said: "We used to pray the Asr prayer with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then we would slaughter a camel and divide it into ten parts. Then we would cook it, and we would eat well-cooked meat before we prayed the Maghrib prayer."
حدثنا محمد بن مصعب، حدثنا الأوزاعي، عن أبي النجاشي، عن رافع بن خديج قال: " كنا نصلي العصر مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم ننحر الجزور فنقسمه عشرة أجزاء، ثم نطبخ، فنأكل لحما نضيجا قبل أن نصلي المغرب "
