Hadith 481:9
Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Hasin, from Mujahid, from Rafi' ibn Khadij, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that land be rented for coined dirhams, or for a third, or a fourth."
حدثنا وكيع، قال: حدثنا شريك، عن أبي حصين، عن مجاهد، عن رافع بن خديج، قال: " نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن تستأجر الأرض بالدراهم المنقودة، أو بالثلث أو الربع "
