Hadith 179:19
Waki' and Abu Kamil narrated to us, they said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Ata' ibn Abi Rabah, from Rafi' ibn Khadij, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever cultivates land without the permission of its owners, then for him is his expenditure." Abu Kamil said in his narration: "And he has no share of the crop."
