Hadith 328:1
Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah, from Ibn Abbas, from al-Sa’b ibn Jaththama, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by me while I was at al-Abwa’ or Waddan. I gifted him some meat of a wild donkey while he was in the state of ihram, so he returned it to me. When he saw the dislike on my face, he said: "It is not that we reject it from you, but we are in the state of ihram." And I heard him say: "There is no protected pasture (hima) except for Allah and His Messenger." He was asked about the people of the polytheist households who are attacked at night, and their women and children are struck. He said: "They are from them." Then al-Zuhri says: Then he forbade that afterwards.
