Hadith 982:5
Abu Salamah al-Khuza'i narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Bilal narrated to us, from Rabi'ah ibn Abi 'Abd al-Rahman, from Isma'il ibn 'Amr ibn Qays ibn Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah, from his father, that they found in the books or in the book of Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed: "Judgment by an oath along with a witness."
