Musnad Ahmad 624:4

Muhammad ibn Ja’far narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, and Yazid narrated it to us, Shu’bah informed us, from ‘Amr ibn Murrah, who said: I heard ‘Abdullah ibn Salamah narrating from Safwan ibn ‘Assal. Yazid al-Muradi said: He said: A Jew said to his companion: "Let us go to the Prophet"—and Yazid said: "To this Prophet"—so that we may ask him about this verse: {And We certainly gave Moses nine clear signs} [Al-Isra: 101]. The other said: "Do not call him a prophet, for if he hears you, he will have four eyes." So they asked him, and the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Do not associate anything with Allah, do not steal, do not commit adultery, do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except by right, do not practice sorcery, do not consume usury, do not walk with an innocent person to a ruler so that he may kill him, do not slander a chaste woman"—or he said: "flee from the battlefield"—Shu’bah was the one who doubted—"and upon you, O Jews, specifically, is that you do not transgress." Yazid said: "Transgress in the Sabbath." They kissed his hand and his foot—Yazid said: "They kissed his hands and his feet"—and they said: "We bear witness that you are a prophet." He said: "Then what prevents you from following me?" They said: "David, peace be upon him, prayed that there would always be a prophet from his descendants, and we fear"—Yazid said: "If we become Muslims"—"that the Jews will kill us."
