16557/1 - Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Bakr ibn al-Harith, from Khallad ibn al-Sa'ib ibn Khallad, from his father, from the Prophet, peace be upon him, who said: "Gabriel, peace be upon him, came to me and said: 'Command your companions to raise their voices with the Talbiyah (Ihlal).'" Sufyan said once: "Gabriel, peace be upon him, came to me and commanded me to command my companions to raise their voices with the Talbiyah." 16557/2 - Anas ibn 'Iyad al-Laythi Abu Damrah narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Khusayfah narrated to me, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Sa'sa'ah, from 'Ata' ibn Yasar, from al-Sa'ib ibn Khallad, that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever frightens the people of Medina unjustly, Allah will frighten him, and upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind. Allah will not accept from him on the Day of Resurrection any obligatory or supererogatory deed."
