Hadith 667:1
Waki' narrated to us, Isma'il bin Ibrahim—meaning Ibn Muhajir—narrated to me, from 'Abd al-Malik bin 'Umayr, from Sa'id bin Hurayth, the brother of 'Amr bin Hurayth, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever sells a house or property, and does not place its price into the like of it, it is fitting that he should not be blessed in it."
حدثنا وكيع، حدثني إسماعيل بن إبراهيم يعني ابن مهاجر، عن عبد الملك بن عمير، عن سعيد بن حريث، أخ لعمرو بن حريث قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من باع دارا أو عقارا، فلم يجعل ثمنها في مثله، كان قمنا أن لا يبارك له فيه "
