Musnad Ahmad 184:1

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn Ibrahim—meaning Ibn Muhajir—narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from 'Amr ibn Hurayth, he said: My brother, Sa'id ibn Hurayth, narrated to me, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever sells real estate, it is fitting that he will not be blessed in it, unless he puts it into the like of it or other than it."
